This Out To Be Private Coaching Program Terms & Conditions Agreement is made between Katie Zaccardi (“Coach”) and the undersigned client, (“You.”) Katie Zaccardi and You hereby agree to the following:
- You are entering into the Out To Be 1:1 Private Coaching Intensive Session Program whereby Katie Zaccardi will personally provide private business coaching to You over a 90 minute call period on the agreed upon date/time.
- The cost of the program is $297 pay in full. There are no refunds for this program. If for some reason you need to reschedule your call, you must notify Katie at least 24 hours before the call in order to reschedule.
- While Katie Zaccardi is absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from her Out To Be 1:1 Coaching Intensive Session Program and that You should become as successful as You envision, She of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of success as a result of her Out To Be 1:1 Coaching Intensive Session Program. As with any success, your results will depend on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up.
- You acknowledge and understand that the methods, processes and strategies taught in the Out To Be 1:1 Coaching Intensive Session Program constitute Katie Zaccardi's coaching methods which are confidential, and for which she claims copyright protection. You agree to maintain the absolute confidence of her Out To Be 1:1 Coaching Program and coaching methods and materials and agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any part to any parties, for any reason, unless authorized by Katie Zaccardi.
- Katie Zaccardi’s coaching services are not exclusive - Katie Zaccardi is now and shall continue to perform somewhat similar services for other clients; Katie Zaccardi shall continue to devote time to those businesses and to new businesses.
- *As part of my participation in this program, (AND OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS), I agree that Katie Zaccardi may video record, audio record, photograph or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made, and hereby assign to Katie Zaccardi all rights and title to have and to use, royalty free, any portion of my participation, for advertising and marketing purposes, documentary purposes, informational purposes, training purposes, or any other related purposes.

By entering into this Out To Be 1:1 Private Intensive Session Coaching Program Agreement, You agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby.
